Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Inc., (DLS) opened a new satellite facility at Queens West Physicians Office Building at 91-2139 Ft. Weaver Road, #104, on April 1.
Hours of operation are from 4 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday and Saturday from 6:30 am to 12 noon. Phone number is 808-485-6532.
“The hours are intended to make stopping for a blood draw or providing a specimen sample easier for people commuting to town in the morning,” said Richard Okazaki, DLS president. “We had 28 patients the first day so it appears that the need is definitely here.”
Jennifer Pacorsa, Jolynn Pacheco, Justin Garabiles and Summer Abendanio are staffing the facility, which features a spacious modern look and private nooks for blood draws.
DLS will also be providing lab services at the Queens Medical Center West Oahu when it opens next year.
DLS has 36 satellite facilities located at convenient locations throughout Oahu and 16 on the Neighbor Islands.
