The “Price of Paradise” is an hour long documentary about land in Hawaii, and Maui.

Policy experts, economists, developers, realtors, and many others to try to answer the question, “Why is rent getting so expensive?”  (Here’s a hint: it’s because of government).

Joe Kent, a Libertarian on Maui, produced the documentary, which can be viewed here
