BY FRED HEMMINGS – Congratulation are due to traffic engineers and all those at the Department of Transportation who took the initiative to create 4 lanes from 3 in the down town corridor of the freeway.

Traffic is significantly swifter. It validates that there are common sense and affordable solutions to our traffic woes, including updating and improving existing highways.
