REPORT FROM HONOLULU CRIMESTOPPERS – CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance for information regarding human fingers that were found on February 12, 2012. A passerby found the fingers in a dumpster at Kukui Garden Housing Complex in Liliha. Laboratory testing has determined that the fingers are those of a child.
