BY HOUSE SPEAKER CALVIN SAY – I am deeply saddened by the death of Richard A. Coons, the husband of longtime colleague and friend Rep. Barbara Marumoto.
Richard was an accomplished businessman and valuable contributor to the community after his retirement.
