Hawaii entrepreneurs – plan to be with Smart Business Hawaii on Wednesday, January 13, for the 34th Annual SBH Business & Investment Conference at the Ala Moana Hotel, for the first major business conference of the year.

The conference – “Small Business 2010: Strategies for Hawaii’s Business Recovery” – runs from 7:30 am – 2 pm.

Keynote Speaker at lunch will be world renowned pollster and author, John Zogby. The best-selling book, “The Way We’ll Be,” by John Zogby, will be available for purchase and autograph at the special conference price of $15 (published price is $26).

Washington Monthly lists “The Way We’ll Be,” among the 25 books the new president should have by his bedside. “He should also read The Way We Will Be, by John Zogby. Gov. Linda Lingle will also speak at lunch, detailing her accomplishments during the past 8 years and the tasks ahead.

Business leaders, success stories and political panels featuring candidates for Governor and Congress (1st District) will also be included.
