Mark Dunkerley Headlines NAIOP Hawaii’s 10th Annual Real Estate Symposium at the Hawaii Convention Center

The Hawaii Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) is pleased to announce that Mark Dunkerley, President and CEO of Hawaiian Airlines, will serve as the keynote speaker at the 10th Annual Real Estate Symposium to be held on April 26, 2013 at the Hawaii Convention Center.

One of the most anticipated commercial real estate events in Hawaii, the much-celebrated Symposium will bring together prominent commercial real estate, construction, and development professionals, along with others impacted by the real estate industry in Hawaii, for an afternoon of lecture and discussion on important issues that impact commercial real estate in the islands.

 

This year’s event begins at 12:30pm with registration/check in, followed by Dunkerley’s keynote presentation at 1:15pm. The Symposium continues with two panel discussions led by industry experts. The first panel focuses on Kaka‘ako and will be led by Daniel Cody (MW Group, Ltd.) and includes Aedward Los Banos (Office of Hawaiian Affairs), Deepak Neupane (Hawaii Community Development Authority), Dan Nishikawa (Olivier McMillan), Paul Quintiliani (Kamehameha Schools), and David Striph (The Howard Hughes Corporation). The second panel discussion, focusing on deal-making, will be led by Jeff Arce (The MacNaughton Group), and includes Steve Colon (Hunt Development), Kevin Crummy (Eastdil Secured), Walter Dods, Ian MacNaughton (BlackSand Capital LLC), and Lance Parker (A&B Properties). A cocktail and pupu reception will follow the panel discussions.
