Who makes sure the seats are available if no one is on the car? ALL THOSE ARE SOFT COSTS!! The soft costs are also every day costs that will add up when employing transportation employees. Guess we need billions more headed into the few-choo-choo-er of dollars accounted for so far… 1 udder reason to drive your own car and no take da choo choo or pay for da choo choo!
