REPORT FROM KAUAI COUNTY – LĪHU‘E, KAUAI – The Charter Review Commission has scheduled a special meeting to discuss whether the County Charter needs clarification as to the mayor’s authority over commission-appointed department heads.
The meeting will be held on Monday, April 2, 4 p.m., at the Līhu’e Civic Center, Mo‘ikeha Building, rm. 2A and B.
The public is invited to provide their perspective on this matter.
