Hawaii Supreme Court Grants Legislature's Superferry Motion

The Hawai‘i Supreme Court late yesterday granted the Hawai‘i State Legislature’s Motion for Leave to File an Amicus Curiae Brief in the case Sierra Club v. Department of Transportation. The brief must be filed by April 17, 2009.
