Honolulu Rail Transit Contract: Is the Fix In?

Panos Prevedouros, Ph.D., professor of traffic engineering at the University of Hawaii and outspoken critic of the proposed Honolulu rail system, sent in this photograph of a recruitment poster posted at the University of Hawaii.

The bid for the multi-billion dollar rail system hasn't been awarded yet to any company, but note, Bombardier is already recruiting students into internships and full-time jobs saying they may have possible future contracts with the Honolulu rail transit system.

Prevedouros asks about the rail contract, "Is the fix in?"
