I commend Reid Ginoza for his article “Revisiting the ‘Tragedy of the Commons'” (Hawaii Reporter, 7/7/06) and his interest in social issues and public policy.

According to the byline, Ginoza is a recent high school graduate, and it is great to see a young person delve into complex problems and try to advance new perspectives.
