Each year, full and partial scholarships are awarded to undergraduate and graduate business students based on academic achievement, financial need, specific area of concentration, community service and/or other criteria established by the donors.
Through the College’s new Freshman Direct Admit Program, each student received a $1,000 scholarship renewable in their sophomore year based on academic standings.
“We are extremely grateful to our alumni and the business community for establishing scholarships for our students,” said V. Vance Roley, dean of the Shidler College of Business. “Our scholarship endowments have grown steadily over the years allowing the College to support more students than ever before.”
On November 5, over 250 scholarship donors and their student recipients attended the College’s Scholarship Luncheon at the Kahala Hotel and Resort. This annual event recognizes donors for their support of students and their continued commitment to education.
