State Sheriffs and Honolulu Police are searching for an escapee from Waiawa Correctional Facility (WCF).
They were notified of Raphael Hernandez’ escape after he was confirmed missing during a headcount this morning.

He was last seen at the 4 a.m. headcount.
Hernandez was classified as minimum security.
He was serving a 5-year sentence for Promotion of a Dangerous Drug 3.
His sentence end date was 3/30/16.
When found Escape will be added to his charges.
Hernandez is Hispanic. He is 6’6″, weighs 190 lbs. and has brown hair and brown eyes. He is 32 years old.
If anyone sees him they are urged to call the police.
