We are constantly told by the media that the real estate market is in poor condition and is another symptom of an extraordinary financial collapse. It’s no secret that news organizations follow the “If it bleeds, it leads” mantra. They do so because people pay attention when they think they are in crisis. When is someone going to pull these guys aside and tell them to quit depressing us? There is good news out there! It’s too bad good news doesn’t get the attention it deserves.

It’s too bad most people won’t realize real estate is fine until the market is booming again and it’s too late to take advantage of it.
