CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for kidnapping.

On September 9, 2010, at approximately 12:20 p.m., a female was at her residence on Palamoi Street, when a male appeared, grabbed her, and threw her on the bed.  She yelled for her dogs who may have bit the male.  He fled out the back door onto Waimano Home Road.
