Circuit Court Judge Richard Wayne Pollack this week reversed his Jan. 11, 2005, decision, which the state attorney general said could have “eviscerated” a constitutional amendment passed with overwhelming public support in the 2004 election.

Originally Pollack ruled the private, non-profit Sex Abuse Treatment Center must turn over private counseling records of a minor, who allegedly was sexually assaulted five times — four times when she was just 7 years old and again seven years later. He said he
