HONOLULU – The popular Honolulu personal training center known as Egan’s Training Center celebrates their Grand Re-Opening by hosting Self-Defense Seminars with all proceeds supporting Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children. Seminars will be taught by Egan Inoue and Alex O’Loughlin aka Steve McGarrett.
Egan Inoue’s Training Center has grown considerably in the past few years, and to accommodate that growth, the Honolulu personal training center has moved to a brand new 3,000 sq. ft. facility located at 2700 King Street, Bldg. A, Honolulu, HI 96822.
To celebrate this move, Egan’s Training Center is hosting a Grand Re-Opening Party on Saturday, November 16th from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm and two Women’s Self-Defense Seminars on Sunday, November 17th with the first seminar starting at 1:00 pm, and the second at 3:00 pm.
Participants in the Women’s Self-Defense Seminars will be taught lifesaving techniques by Egan Inoue and one of his top students, Hawaii 5-0 actor Alex O’Loughlin (aka Steve McGarrett), based on Egan’s unique form of non-striking self-defense. He has put together his own curriculum based on his years in martial arts and MMA.
Both Egan and Alex’s lifesaving techniques will give women the skills they need to defend themselves. Each session is an hour and a half and will include a certificate upon completion, t- shirt and photo signed by Egan and Alex.
The price to participate in one of the Women’s Self-Defense Seminars is $300 per person. 100 percent of this donation will go to not-for-profit Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children, Hawai‘i’s only full-service women’s and pediatric specialty hospital.
