REPORT FROM KAUAI COUNTY – Mayor Bernard Carvalho, Jr. this afternoon submitted to the County Council his proposed supplemental budget for fiscal year 2012–2013.
The supplemental proposal revised the budget submitted on March 15, 2012. It includes a $165,331,153 operating budget and a $64,359,788 capital improvement package.
