Friends of Kristine and Saundra Cass and others gathered at the Father Damien statue at the Hawaii State Capitol tonight at 5 p.m. to march for victims of domestic violence.
Kristine and her daughter were found dead last Friday morning in their Makiki home, victims of an apparent murder-suicide by Clayborne Conley, Kristine’s ex-boyfriend.

Saundra, 13, was a student at Sacred Hearts Academy.
Sacred Hearts will hold a memorial for Saundra on Sept. 3 at 8 a.m.
