Senate Minority Leader Sam Slom, R-Hawaii Kai-Diamond Head, has endorsed Kimo Sutton for Lt. Governor.
Slom is the lone Republican in the Senate, who heads the small business advocacy group, Smart Business Hawaii.

Former Lt. Governor Duke Aiona is running for governor. Elwin Ahu and Sutton will both run for Lt. Governor in the Republican primary.
Sutton said in a statement that Slom’s assistance and connections will help gather even more support the Republican ticket.
