Parents of Hawaii’s public school students held out hope yesterday that federal Judge A. Wallace Tashima would rule in favor of a motion for preliminary injunction filed by Hawaii Attorneys Eric Seitz and Carl Varady to end school furloughs for special needs and other K-12 students.
